El Instituto de Medicina Regenerativa de California (CIRM, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) se form\u00f3 en el 2004 con la misi\u00f3n de acelerar los tratamientos con c\u00e9lulas madre para pacientes con necesidades m\u00e9dicas no satisfechas. Los destinatarios de las becas de investigaci\u00f3n incluyen centros acad\u00e9micos y compa\u00f1\u00edas m\u00e9dicas dedicadas a la investigaci\u00f3n de m\u00e9todos de trasplante, nuevos medicamentos y diagn\u00f3sticos mejorados. La FDA ha realizado advertencias e investigaciones en varias cl\u00ednicas en California que han proporcionado tratamientos no aprobados a los pacientes. El 28 de agosto de 2017, la FDA anunci\u00f3 que la agencia buscar\u00e1 cl\u00ednicas que ofrezcan terapias de c\u00e9lulas madre no autorizadas y proceder\u00e1 a tomar las medidas necesarias. Ante tal situaci\u00f3n que se vive en los Estados Unidos actualmente,\u00a0<strong><em>Stem Cells Transplant Institute<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0en Costa rica, ofrece a todos los pacientes ciudadanos de California, que se encuentren interesados \u200b\u200ben gozar de los beneficios de las c\u00e9lulas madre, la oportunidad de accesar a tratamientos con c\u00e9lulas madre que se encuentran en etapas finales de aprobaci\u00f3n por la FDA y que cuentan con la aprobaci\u00f3n de la legislaci\u00f3n local.<\/p><p>El tratamiento con c\u00e9lulas madre en\u00a0<strong><em>Stem Cells Transplant Institute<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0es un procedimiento seguro, no invasivo, que se realiza de forma ambulatoria y que toma solo unas pocas horas.
